Nita loved people, being
independent, and staying active. She looked forward to her weekly card games
with friends and visiting with her grandchildren. Nita enjoyed volunteering at
the Roswell Senior Circle, where she looked forward to the monthly Newcomers
Luncheon to visit with people she had not seen in a while. Going to the grocery
store with her would take hours because she always ran into someone she knew.

competing in the Senior Olympics.

and their spouses: Russell Weatherford and wife Beverly of Roswell, NM, Cathy
