Deborah M. Dahl, 69, of Oriskany Falls, formerly of Roswell, passed away Sunday, April 29, 2007, at the Faxton-St. Luke's Healthcare Center, New Hartford, Conn.
She was born Nov. 13, 1937, in Utica, N.Y., daughter of the late Henry and Hazel Wood Walker and received her education in Utica and Whitesboro schools. On July 23, 1955, in the Church of the Redeemer, Utica, she married Stinius Dahl II.
Mrs. Dahl is survived by her husband, Stinius of Knoxboro; four daughters and two son-in-law, Jensine and Lloyd Flores of Effingham, S.C., Darla Dahl of Utica, N.Y., Debra Fields of Oneida and Tammy and Don Caswell of Westmoreland, N.Y.; three sons and a daughter-in-law, Stinius Dahl, III of Wolcott, N.Y., Steven and Christina Dahl of Eaton, N.Y., and Timothy Dahl of Westmoreland, N.Y.; a sister Dorothy Prior of Mesa, Ariz., a brother and sister-in-law Frank II and Alice Walker of Chippewa Falls, Wis., seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews including Starr Roybal and ChrisAnne Bell of Roswell.
Services were held Wednesday at 8 p.m. at the Kloster-Northop and Bentz Funeral Home, 210 E. Main St., Waterville, N.Y., with Pastor Ed Townsend officiating. Interment will be in Little Gray Cemetery in Gray, N.Y. Calling hours are from 6-8 p.m. prior to the service.
