EUGENE—Services are scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Sunday, October 19, 2008 at Grace Community
Church for Jeremy Eugene Conklin, age 17, of Roswell, who passed away October 15,
2008. Pastor Sean D. Lee of
GraceCommunity
Church
will officiate, with Interment to follow at
MemoryLawn
Memorial Park.
Jeremy was born
May 26, 1991 in
Roswell
to Sheila Bowers Cych and Gerald Conklin.
Jeremy is survived by his parents; a brother: Benjaman Conklin of
Algodones, NM; sisters: Amber Conklin
and Michelle Barber both of
Roswell
and several grandmothers and grandfathers.
Jeremy was a student at
GoddardHigh School. He was
a member of the Key Club and also a member of
GraceCommunity
Church. He was a former Walmart Associate.
Jeremy worked for Chilies Restaurant. He held belts in Japanese and Brazilian
Jiu-Jitsu. He enjoyed Paintball, Hunting, Playing Darts, Fishing and
Motorcycles. His future plans were to be a Marine which he had already signed
up to be.
Pallbearers will be Raymond Prescott, Joe Conklin, Gerald Conklin, Justin
Barber, Cole Barber and Gene Purcell. Honorary Pallbearers are Michelle Barber,
Benjaman Conklin, Amber Conklin, Russell Leslie and the Chilies Restaurant Gang.
If friends wish, they may give memorials to Goddard Key Club, The Marine
Corp or the charity of their choice.
