Rest Now!
No more sorrow will be yours,
No more burdens will you bear,
No more heartaches will you endure,
Weighted down with endless care,
Rest now!
While here on earth you did you best,
A friend to all you tried to be.
This day you have no regrets.
This day from sorrow you are free.
Rest, now!
No more will you fret and worry
About what a day may bring,
You have gone to that city,
where God’s Holy Angels sing,
Rest Now!
